Registration
Mail all forms and payment to our PO Box shown above
or deliver them in person at the rink on Sept. 19th
during our equipment, etc. sale from 10:00am-1:00pm.
If you cannot access the forms via the website
printed forms will be available at the rink Sept.19th
Half of the registration fee is due SEPTEMBER 19th
and the remaining amount MUST be paid by
DECEMBER 4th. Families with 2 or more
players in the organization are eligible for a
discount of 10% of their total registration fee.
Those players with an outstanding
balance on December 4th
WILL NOT be allowed on the ice until the
balance is received.
Each player is required to sell 5 fundraising
lotto tickets for the October drawing and 5
fundraising lotto tickets for the December drawing.
Please find enclosed the tickets allotted for your player(s) as well as the informational letter.
Each travel team practice time slot this year will
be shared between two teams. Ice cost is a very
large part of our budget and to give teams full ice
for practices is simply not feasible at this time.
USA HOCKEY, top caliber high school and college
teams are all embracing small area drills that
utilize less ice to prepare the players for real
game situations. Some of the upper level teams will
be allocated a few full sheet practice slots. Full
ice slots in addition to regularly scheduled
practice slots may be arranged through Kevin Schultz
our GGHO scheduler but the cost of the full ice
MUST be paid for by the team members themselves.
GGHO will provide jerseys for all teams but each
player will need to buy black hockey socks. These
may be purchased locally through First Base Line or
at many Hockey pro shops. GGHO has a limited supply
on hand that may be purchased at our used equipment
sale at the rink on Sept. 19th.
If
you have any questions please get in touch with any
Board member listed on our website. We thank you for
your support.
Sincerely,
GGHO Board of Directors
